Taking place in Damascus during the late 19th century, The Standard Bearers (part II), continues its story of people who carried the flags of goodness against those who stood for oppression and injustice.

The series resume with Abu Hassan and his barren wife Dalal (part I), and her plan of revenge against everyone around her.

After her release from the hospital, Dalal asks for her son Ahmed, which Abu Hasan refuses.

Her rage increases once she finds out about Abu Hasan’s plans to marry Samiyaa. She seeks her revenge by spreading the rumor that it was he who killed Diab.

Meanwhile, Rida al-Hur is moved to defend his nation, even though he is exempt from military service. After killing an officer while protecting a solider who was unjustly treated, Rida is sentenced to death.

Every episode will transport viewers back to a time of old Damascus when honor, ideals and values drove people’s actions.  And those without honor, never succeeded.
