The story of this TV series speaks about the spiritual human ties which are bound and separated by love. The incidents take place in the late seventies, when Jalal Ibrahin, who is interested in writing, goes to jail because of a false political charge. Involved in political affairs, then a fugitive, he crosses the Lebanese borders where he meets his Palestinian friend “Qasim” with other different friends from different nationalities, Arab and none Arab in South Lebanon. Then he works as a war-correspondent reporting the clashes between the Palestinian and Lebanese Resistance on one side and the Israelis on the other. The Israelis where trying to keep the Arab resistance away from the Leetani river. And Lebanon was a field battle.
Jalal moves from south Lebanon to Beirut and works for a magazine with a nick name, “Mamduh Adnan” . This name becomes his permanent name after he knows that his beloved “Bisan” has divorced him and got married to colonel “Nazim”, his Jailor who agreed to accommodate the child who was adopted by ‘Bisan’, because of his love of her.
