  • Open, sort & distribute incoming correspondence including faxes &e-mails.
  • Prepare agendas& make arrangements for committee, board & other meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, performing basic bookkeeping work & maintaining records managements system.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.
  • Should be a university graduate.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Excellent computer system mentoring.
  • Confident, and pleasant.
  • Structured approach to business with exceptional organization skills.
  • Loyal and committed to the task and the company
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
