- Open, sort & distribute incoming correspondence including faxes &e-mails.
- Prepare agendas& make arrangements for committee, board & other meetings.
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, performing basic bookkeeping work & maintaining records managements system.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.
- Should be a university graduate.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Organized and efficient.
- Excellent computer system mentoring.
- Confident, and pleasant.
- Structured approach to business with exceptional organization skills.
- Loyal and committed to the task and the company
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Multitasking skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Presentable appearance.
